Into the microbiocene

Just getting started on research for my AMR Fellowship. It has been a while since I have come across a subject that gets the the core of things so quickly. On my reading list are ‘How the Microbiome Challenges Our Concept of Self’ and ‘From the Anthropocene to the Microbiocene‘. To lighten thing a little, here is a picture of a ‘bacterial garden‘.
