If you are in Exeter this Friday, then do come along to the University’s Innovation Centre for the preview of ‘Bedrock & Paradox’. I will be there from 5.30 to 7.30pm and it would be lovely to see you. This show has been organised by CCANW. Thank you Clive and Martyn for all your help.
Starting today and running until the 23rd of April, 10 Degrees North-East of Basecamp brings together artists with studio space at SVA for a group show, part of the Site festival here in Stroud. For this I have been window dressing. Do come along to the ‘opening’ on Saturday evening, and there is live poetry on the last day. Hope to see you there.
Tom Jeffreys has kindly included ‘Forgetful Worlds’ as one of the highlights of the Clean Unclean season on the online journal The Learned Pig. It has been a fascinating collection of works, well worth checking out if you haven’t done so already. As he puts it, it is now time for him to appropriately “wash his hands” of the whole thing. Thanks Tom, really enjoyed the season.
I am really pleased to announce ‘Forgetful Worlds’ has been selected by Tom Jeffreys for the Clean Unclean season on the online art-thinking-nature-writing magazine The Learned Pig. It is a fascinating publication and one close to my heart with the nature-art connection. Tom has written a introduction to the season here, and you can find the page dedicated to ‘Forgetful Worlds’ here, including a short text by yours truly about the making of the piece. Do spread the word.
