With Surface Tensions I am returning to the landscape of my childhood, the chalklands of southern England, and specifically to the River Test. Known for the purity of its waters and a particularly English form of dry fly fishing, championed by F.M. Halford (above), Surface Tensions will reflect upon how climate change might impact the local ecology and with it our understanding of Englishness.
